Under this Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana or scheme, small and marginal farmers with land up to 2 hectares of UP will be given 6 thousand rupees every year. Rs 6000 to the farmers of UP will be given in three installments in a year by Rs 2000. This Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme will benefit about 12 crore farmers of India including UP.
How does the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme work?
First, a list will be prepared for the farmers who are benefiting from the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This list will include only those farmers who own land up to 2 hectares. After the list of farmers is prepared, the verification of small and marginal farmers will be done and their necessary documents will be submitted to Aadhaar card, bank passbook and two photographs. Only after this, the amount of benefit under the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme will be sent by the government to his account.

To get the benefit of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers do not have to apply online as there is no online application for this.
