Airtel, Jio, Vodafone, BSNL are also offering free talk time in lockdown

New Delhi, Tech Desk. All are closed in their homes due to a nationwide coronavirus lockdown. The biggest impact of this lockdown has been on the poor and the working class. In view of this, TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) had directed all the telecom companies to continue telecom services till 15 April. After which all telecom companies have also offered users free incoming calls in addition to the talk-time of Rs 10.

 This initiative of the telecom companies will benefit the users whose validity is ending during the lockdown. Also, it will be beneficial for those who are unable to recharge their number.  Airtel

 Airtel is providing free incoming calls to its users till 17 April. In addition, low-income group users are also offering talk-time of Rs 10. Users whose validity is ending during lockdown, their validity is being extended till 17 April. Apart from this, Airtel has also started the facility of mobile recharge from ATMs of ICICI and HDFC Bank. Not only this, users will also be able to recharge Airtel's number from Apollo Pharmacy and Big Bazar.

 BSNL

 Public sector company BSNL has decided to give a talk-time of Rs 10 to all its users. Also, the validity of the number of users is extended till 20 April. After March 22, the number of users whose validity has expired, the balance of Rs 10 is being given for free incoming calls as well as outgoing on their numbers.
