The central government is preparing to introduce 'One Nation One Health Card'. August 15, 2020 is the special occasion of Independence Day. The health records of every citizen of the country will be kept in digital format through this card.

Thus the Central Government will be able to view the record of foodgrains, Aadhaar and health cards at any time. The One Nation One Health Card will have a record of people's medical history. This will include all the treatments and tests performed by one person. The special thing is that this whole record will be kept in digital format only.

Details of India's health can now be made available to intelligence agencies after the financial transactions of the people of India. Hospitals, clinics and doctors will all be connected to the central server. However, it will be entirely up to the hospitals and the citizens whether they want to join the 'One Nation One Health Card' scheme or not.

Each citizen applying for this card will be given a unique ID, through which he or she will be able to access the system. The scheme will be implemented in phases. A budget of Rs 500 crore has been allocated for the first phase of the scheme.

The doctor will be able to view the patient's medical record through a unique ID. Will not be mandatory. Beneficiaries will be able to disassociate themselves from the scheme once added. A number of measures will be taken to protect people's personal information.
