According to the English newspaper Times of India, RPG Enterprise deals in tire, IT, health, energy, infrastructure and plantation. The company has formulated a new policy on work from home.
Under this, the employees of the company will work from home on a permanent basis, while 50 per cent other employees will also be allowed to work from home. In special cases, 75 percent of office workers may be allowed to work from home.
The new policy will come into effect from September 1
Employees working in the office can work from home for two weeks a month and in special cases they can be allowed to work from home for three weeks. All employees of the company currently working in the office are working from home and the group has closed all its offices.
The company’s new policy will come into effect from September 1. This policy will also apply to global operations of RPG. In addition, the policy will also apply to workers who do not work on machines in factories and plantations.

“Home policy has shattered our traditional notion of working,” Harsh Goenka, chairman of RPG Enterprises, told the Times of India. Employees who are not working on machines and who are not responsible for meeting customers in the technical business can work from anywhere even after the Corona period.
