State Bank of India (SBI), India's largest bank, is taking advantage of the new facility for customers. SBI has started offering personal loans to its customers through missed calls and SMS. SBI shared this information on its official Twitter account.


SBI is providing loans ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 20 lakh. It also provides overdraft service of Rs 5 to 20 lakh. It needs no guarantor or protection.



Who will get the loan? Eligibility criteria


You must have a salary account with SBI Bank.


The account holder should be employed in Central / State / Semi-Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings, non-profit OSU or educational institutions of selected institutions.


Your monthly salary is Rs. 15000 or more.


EMI / NMI ratio is less than 50%.



How to get a personal loan from SBI?


According to SBI's tweet, SBI's Express Credit Personal Loan Service offers instant personal loans. For the loan the customer has to make only one missed call and then the bank approves the loan. The lowest interest rate on this loan is also 9.6%. To get a personal loan from SBI, you now need to make a missed call or send an SMS.
