No lockdown in the country now, PM Modi dismisses rumors, signs of further relaxation in Unlock 2.0

There will no longer be a lockdown in the country to prevent corona virus infection. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself gave indications of this on the second day of the meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states. The PM said that the pressure of lockdown has to be removed from the mind and now we have to find the unlock phase, we have to move forward in the same direction. Now states have to decide what should be unlocked phase 2. Now the restrictions should be reduced, activities should increase, state construction and infrastructure development should be given priority.

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that we have to accelerate economic activities wherever possible amidst efforts to prevent corona infection. It is heartening that every state is trying to accelerate the activities of economic development.

 The Prime Minister said that we all together are committed to defeating Corona and saving the lives of Indians and are constantly striving. We have controlled the situation in Corona. The people of India have shown unique discipline during the lockdown. Enhancing health infrastructure should be our top priority. We need to emphasize telemedicine. Young Volunteers have to be prepared in the fight against Corona. We have to keep people alert and awareness must be maintained.

 Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who attended the video conferencing with PM Modi, said that the rate of corona infection in the state is less than half of the whole country. The corona infection growth rate of Madhya Pradesh is 1.7 percent, while that of India is 3.8 percent. Madhya Pradesh has a doubling rate of 41.1 days while India has 19.4 days. At the same time, the recovery rate in the state has been increased to 73.6 percent today. The corona recovery rate in India is 52.5 percent.

 Growth rate reduced after unlock - In Madhya Pradesh, the growth rate of corona has decreased after unlock-01. On May 30, the growth rate of corona in Madhya Pradesh was 3.01 percent, which came down to 1.7 percent on June 16. On May 12, the growth rate of corona in Madhya Pradesh was 3.9 percent. There is a continuous decrease in the growth rate of corona in Madhya Pradesh's most infected cities Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain. Indore's dabbling rate is 73.9 days, Bhopal's dabbling rate is 25 days and Ujjain's 49.8 days.

Lockdown 4.0 will remain until May 31. However, some special concessions have been made

New Delhi: The government has issued guidelines for Lockdown 4.0. In this fourth phase lockdown, people have been given many kinds of concessions. Prime Minister Modi had earlier said in his address that Lockdown 4.0 would have a new look. The new rules increase exemptions to speed up economic activities. At the same time, various restrictions on the movement of people have been lifted.

 Prolonged lockdown will be such rules ...
 - Extended lockdown for a further 14 days
 - Guideline issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs
 - Places including hotels and restaurants will be closed
 - Instruction to close all types of school colleges
 - Facilities including metro and train will be closed
 - All religious places must be closed
 - No concessions in hotspot area
 - Restrictions on domestic and international flights
 - Curfew from 7 pm to 7 am as usual
 - Restrict where more people are likely to gather
 - However, the state government will decide which area to put in which zone
 - Home delivery can be done by the restaurant
 - Malls and multiplexes will be closed
 - The stadium will open but without spectators
 - Bus service exempted with social distance
 - Metro service ban unchanged
 - Facilities like gym and swimming pool should be closed
 - Curfew will remain in place from 7 pm to 7 am
 - No political and social gatherings of any kind can take place
 - All kinds of religious gatherings were also banned
 - The comings and goings of the necessities of life will remain the same
 - Elderly, children and pregnant women need not go out
 - Until the 31st, the lockdown with the old rules will remain largely unchanged
 - States can start transport by internal agreement if they want
 - State governments were given more power by the Center
 - Red, Orange and Green zones will determine the states and district systems
 - The infected areas of the corona will be divided into 5 zones
 - In addition to green, orange, red zones, there will also be buffer and containment zones

In the relief package, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made this big announcement for laborers and farmers

New Delhi: For the second day in a row, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is giving information related to a Rs 20 lakh crore relief package. A provision of Rs 35,000 crore has been made for 8 crore migrant laborers. Modi will provide foodgrains and pulses to the governments for two months. It will also provide free food to people without ration cards. In addition, Rs 4.22 lakh crore will be provided to three crore farmers in the country.

 He said the government is constantly taking steps for farmers. There will be 9 big announcements under the second package. It will provide loans worth Rs 4.22 lakh crore to 3 crore farmers. The agri sector has given loans of Rs 86,600 crore. The interest on crop loans will continue to be discounted. 25 lakh new farmer credit card loans have been given.

 Migrant labor and urban poor: -

 The central government has provided Rs 11,000 crore in assistance to the Corona virus crisis. 11,000 crore in 2 months for the urban poor. Co. 29,500 crore to operative, regional banks.

 This will be a direct help after Kovid-19: -

 3.22 lakh crore will be provided to three crore farmers. The loan will be waived for three months. Repayment exemption on agricultural loans will continue from March 1 to May 31, 2020. 25 lakh new farmers will get credit card facility. Rs 25,000 crore has been sanctioned for this.

 6700 crore has been given to the states to buy crops. A rural fund of Rs 4,200 crore has been provided in March. 7200 new self help groups have been formed for the urban poor

Lockdown may get concessions after May 17, says PM Modi in conversation with CM
